Amoi Technology Co.,Ltd was set up by Sichuan Jiuzhou Electronics Group Co., Ltd, CASREV fund and elite management team. We hold “Amoi” trademark, patent, 95% stake of Xiamen Amoi Mobile Communications Co., Ltd, software and management system from original Amoi Electronics and the production and testing equipment associated with the cell phone business.

Established in August 1981, Amoi has been dedicated to integrate the most cutting-edge wireless technology into fashion phones since our initial establishment. August 1981, Xiamen Solid Electronics Ltd. was founded.
May 23 1997, Amoisonic Electronics Co., Ltd was registered.
June 4 1997, Amoisonic was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange.
December 30 1999, Amoisonic obtained ISO9001 Certificate.
July 28 2003, Amoi announced a former launch of its brand:
August 16 2003, Amoi was ranked NO. 1 among China Top-100 High-tech Companies.
September 1 2003, Amoi mobile phone and Amoi DVD player were both awarded Chinese Famous-brand Products.

September 2003, Amoi was ranked No.2 by Global Competitive Organization among 1243 public companies listed before the end of year 2002 in China.
April 8 2004, Amoi R&D Institute (Shanghai) was built in Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park, Shanghai.
June 2 2004, Amoi launched full line 3C products in Beijing and officially announced its entry into the digital television industry.
September 26 2004, Amoi was ranked No.9 by China Public Company Competitive Ranks 2004.
October 16 2004, Amoi was awarded by the National Statistics Office the title of Top-10 Benefit Enterprise in Communication Equipment Industry.

October 26 2004, Amoi attended the International Communication Exhibition in Beijing, meanwhile it held its new product release conference where it for the first time declared its 3G strategy of TD-SCDMA,WCDMA and CDMA2000. From January to March 2005, Amoi frequently presented itself on the international stage by attending CES 2005 in the US, 3GSM in France, CEBIT 2005 in Germany and CTIA in the US. June 28 2005, Amoi and Microsoft (China) together held a press conference to broaden and deepen the bilateral cooperation. August 6 2005, Amoi, with the brand value of RMB7,062,000,000, was ranked at the leading front row in China’s Top 500 Most Valuable Brands.

September 27 2005, with the launch of three mobile phones with block design, Amoi announced its formal entrance into block design mobile phone industry and declared to appoint Li Yuchun, the Super Girl champion, as its spokesman for such phones.
October 18 2005, Amoi attended the Beijing International Communication Show with over 30 models of its new mobile phone products. Meanwhile, Amoi held a release conference for its 3G strategy and products, where Amoi declared its substantial progress in 3G business.
January 2 2006, CCTV 2005 Innovation Award ceremony declared Amoi’s DV mobile A660, WINCE IPTV and Centrino T31 as its Best Design Candidates. Moreover, Amoi’s A660 was the only among all mobile phones to be awarded the Best Design of Innovation.

January 14 2006, China’s President Hu Jintao paid his visit to Amoi. During his inspection, the president recognized the achievements Amoi had already obtained and meanwhile called for more attention to be paid to independent development and innovation of Amoi.
January to April 2006, Amoi frequently presented itself in grand shows including CES, 3GSM World Congress, CEBIT2006 and CTIA Wireless 2006, greatly enhancing its image in the international market.
May 10 2006, France Telecom’s subsidiary Orange formed a partnership with Amoi on low-cost third generation smart phones, with the first such phone to be launched by the end of this year or early next year.
June 19 2006, Amoi, Intel and Ingram Micro formed a strategic alliance in Shanghai to push Amo’s laptop computers which are based on Intel’s mobile platform onto Ingram Micro’s sales channels in China.

July 13 2006, Amoi held in Beijing a smart phone release conference where it launched 6 models of its smart phones.
September 6 2006, Amoi GSM mobile phone was awarded 2006 Chinese Famous-brand Product.
October 12 2006, Amoi obtained the confirmation of National Enterprise Technological Center.
October 16 2006, Amoi mobile phones and DVD player were both awarded Chinese Famous-brand Products.

April 2007, Amoi and Microsoft launched at the same time the release conference of new GPS smart phones and released six new GPS mobile phones.
April 17 2007, Microsoft signed a memorandum of understanding with Amoi to jointly develop new smart phone technology.
July 28 2007. Amoi announced a formal launch of its brand-new logoand its slogan “touching your future”, which both convey more expressly to the public core concepts of Amoi.
October 12 2007, Amoi displayed latest TD-SCDMA and GPS mobile phones in the 9th Shenzhen High-tech Fair. Mr. Zhang Xiaoqiang, the deputy director of National Development and Reform commission, Mr. Lou Qinjian, the vice minister of Ministry of Information Industry, and Mr. Yang Ye, the secretary-general of TD-SCDMA Industry Federation, etc., watched the live display of visible phone call function of Amoi TD-SCDMA mobile phone T3. TD-SCDMA Industry Federation appointed T3 as the main display product in this High-tech fair.

October 23 2007, Amoi displayed latest Amoi 3G, GPS and smart mobile phones in the 16th PT/EXPO COMM China which held in Beijing and won great attention. Amoi continuously developed technology in corresponding fields such as 3G and smart mobile phone for several years. January 2008, “2007 China-made mobile phone Billboard” announced, Amoi E72 won the “Best Domestic stock mobile phone”, and E870 won the “Best Domestic GPS Mobile Awards. “
January 2008, Information Industry Bureau and Statistical Bureau of Fujian Province granted Amoi —–2007 “Top ten” information products manufacturing enterprises.
May 15, 2008, Known as “China’s design industry Oscars”, the “2008 Fifth China Product Innovation Design Award (CIDF Award)” in Shenzhen, announced, Amoi Music Phone Series M68 was awarded “Best CIDF Design Award”.
In 2009, Amoi Electronics business reorganized and Amoi Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established.
